Where are you based out of?
We are currently based out of St. Marys County in Southern Maryland. However we do serve the DMV area, and we love shooting destination weddings!
How do you deliver images?
You'll get an awesome email, letting you know that your gallery is done within your estimated turn around time! Your images will be in a special online gallery, that will be accessible for up to ten years in a virtual cloud. You can download, print + share images any time, from anywhere. There's even an app you can download to share on the go! We do NOT deliver CD's and only offer USB by request if specially ordered.
How do you describe your style?
Our shooting style is a mixture of posed portraits + candid details; our ultimate goal is to tell the story of your wedding day or special portrait session. Our editing style is timeless, airy & colorful photos.
How can I contact you?
The best to contact us it to fill out the appropriate form HERE for your wedding or portrait session. We typically respond to emails same day, even on weekends :)
Are you more in demand some seasons than others?
Yes! April- November is our busy season for weddings, while September-December is our busy season for portraits. We are booked almost every single weekend those months!
Do we get all of our photos?
For portrait sessions you can expect about 40-60 images per session
How long until we get our photos back?
Delivery time for portrait sessions are 10 days from your session
How many people are allowed per portrait session?
We allowed a maximum of 8 people per session. For each additional member, there is a $25 fee.
How much are portrait sessions?
Portrait sessions include maternity, family. seniors, engagements, etc and start at $300. There are additional fees for travel outside of Southern Maryland. Lifestyle newborn sessions and cake smashes start at $450.
What do wear to portrait sessions? Will you help us choose a location?
Yes! I am more than happy to suggest locations that will fit your session theme, and we offer suggestions on what to wear. We always want our clients to look & feel their best!
Do you meet with clients beforehand?
I typically suggest phone calls or zoom/ Facetime / Skype when first chatting with clients. I want my clients to love my work and not have them feel like Im trying to sell something when we're discussing their wedding day. Typically when we chat I just want to hear more about you two & your day!
However, if you would prefer to set up a meeting in person we can set up a coffee date!
What is your delivery time frame for weddings?
Your gallery will be delivered within 6 weeks from your wedding date. However, if you need those photos ASAP we offer an add on editing service where your photos will be done within 5 days of the wedding for an extra $1000.
Do you offer video?
At this time our company does not offer video, although we have partnered with several incredible videographers in the past and would be happy to send you their names at booking :)
Do we get all of our photos?
We do not limit the photos delivered- however we typically tell our couples to expect around 50-100 / per hour we are there. The only photos we will not deliver are; duplicates, blurry images, unflattering photos, photos we know you would not want to print/ have and RAW images. We do not deliver RAW images- you are hiring us for our specific style and editing, so you are trusting us to deliver the best possible images from your wedding day.
What is an associate photographer? How does that work?
We offer associate photographers- i.e photographers who are professional photographers, with their own equipment and backups, that are contracted to shoot under our company so that you can have a similar style & experience as working with Natalie. Your engagement experience will still be photographed by Natalie, but this allows us to offer packages at a different price points or serve more than one couple on a popular date.
